I’m a Wellness Pro — Here are 11 Gifts I Give Over and Over Again
Here’s the thing about me: if I like a product, it will immediately become my personality trait for the foreseeable future. Would I say I’m easily influenced? Absolutely. Would I also say that this (maybe toxic? Oops!) trait of mine has led me to finding the best products on the market? 1,000 percent. I love finding new self-care products that will enhance my life, and if treating Black Friday like a national holiday in my household is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
I have been in the fitness and wellness field for over 12 years, and through years of trial and error, I truly feel like I’ve found the products that have enhanced all of my self-care practices. While there are so many free options that you can take advantage of, these items are meant to help you level up. Whether that be innovative at-home workout equipment, the newest wellness trend that includes taping your mouth shut at night (my boyfriend is not mad about this one), cozy items for a streamlined morning routine, or wellness tech, I truly believe this list will have you covered. All of these products are in my daily rotation, and I can’t recommend these enough!
Gift guides are usually meant to help you shop for the people in your life, and while I fully encourage you to utilize this guide with that in mind, let me also give you full permission to treat yourself to a few items on this list, because you deserve it!
Anthropologie Icon Juice Glasses ($16)
I truly believe that romanticizing your life is a wellness practice, and these Icon Juice Glasses make it easy to do so. These are my favorite addition to my tablescape this year. Extra points for the holiday-themed glasses. Instant serotonin booster.
SayLess Night Lips Mouth Tape ($27)
Mouth taping has become a wellness trend for a reason, and in my opinion it’s here to stay. There are SO many benefits to breathing through your nose (especially at night) and this is my favorite mouth tape I’ve tried. It’s breathable and how cute are these night lips?!
Homesick Cozy Sweater Soy Wax Candle ($30)
Whether it be my morning or evening routine, having a candle lit feels like a necessity. Homesick candles truy are the perfect gift. Find your friend’s hometown, mood, or dream destination, and there is a candle to match. My current favorite is Cozy Sweater.
Osea Undaria Algae Body Oil ($52)
If there is one thing I’m always focusing on in the winter months, it’s skin hydration! Osea has a wide variety of products, but my personal favorite is the Undaria Algae Body Oil. This is truly a self-care moment like none other — it’s not greasy and smells like citrus heaven.

The Stakt Weights ($98)
These weights are my 2024 obsession and I cannot stop talking about them. I am guilty of having WAY too many sets of light weights in my at home studio, and these weights were the permission I needed to throw those away. These adjustable weights range from two to six pounds, they’re chic, and are incredibly functional.
FP Movement Never Better 7/8 Leggings ($98)
If there’s one thing I know for sure, is good activewear. FP Movement has been a staple in my closet for years, and this Never Better fabric is unlike anything I’ve tried before. It’s flattering, soft, and there are so many colors to choose from. My favorites: Never Better 7/8 Leggings + the Never Better Crop ($58).
Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro ($150, originally $195)
You might think I’m being dramatic when I say this pan changed my life, but I would argue that’s an accurate description of how much I love this pan. I have been using Our Place pans for years, and this Titanium Pro allows you to cook with higher heat and you can even throw it in the oven. I feel like a chef every time I use it.

Canopy Bedside Humidifier 2.0 ($159)
If there’s one thing we can all use during the dry winter months, it’s a humidifier. The Canopy humidifier is a staple in our bedroom (the Wake aroma is my personal favorite) and the new and improved 2.0 version has red light (which boosts melatonin at night!) and they say it’s good for your skin, so say less!

Kindle Paperwhite Signature Edition ($190)
I became an avid reader in 2020, and whether it be a CoHo (Colleen Hoover) romance or nonfiction self-help book, my Kindle is always close by. Rather than scrolling social media at night, I read my Kindle until falling asleep, and my sleep improved drastically! 10/10 recommend!
Oura Ring 4 ($349)
I truly believe this splurge item is well worth the hype. I consider Oura more of a wellness tracker than fitness, but it does both. Being able to track my sleep, readiness, HRV, and so much more really helps me feel more connected to my body. And for my ladies, it integrates with Natural Cycles, which is a plus!

Higherdose Infrared Sauna Blanket ($699)
This is a splurge item, but if you are trying to imitate a sauna experience in the comfort of your own home with limited space, this is the perfect item. I’ve had this for two years and still use it multiple times a week. I also LOVE the brand’s red light mask, but if I had to pick one, I’d go with the sauna blanket.
